Rooms clean and spacious. However, no AC made nights uncomfortable. Enjoyed breakfast options and attentive staff.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The staff stood out. Mr Carlos, Mauricio, and Fernando at the front desk were attentive, while Miss Ruth in the restaurant was kind and considerate. Breakfast included generous options and tasted great. However, the walls were thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to disrupt sleep, especially with loud conversations late at night. Internet access was spotty and frustrating, which hindered my ability to stay connected. Overall, this hotel has great potential with its fantastic staff and cozy accommodations but needs to address noise insulation and improve internet service.

The Parque 97 Suites has a superb location near Parque 93, and the breakfast is a real highlight with changing dishes daily. The staff is polite and accommodating, going the extra mile to help out, even waiting for us at 3 AM upon our arrival. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows.

The room was nicely sized with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The staff kindly waited for our very late arrival, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast offered generous options, including excellent coffee, setting a positive tone for the day. The view from my room provided a delightful cityscape, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Had a delightful stay! The staff was incredibly accommodating, making me feel right at home. Don't miss the amazing hamburgers at ‘El Coral’ – they truly are the best in town. It's located in a safe, residential area, perfect for evening walks. Just a 3-dollar cab ride away from Parque 93!

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the excellent breakfast and the warm, helpful staff. With my adult kids, we also took a quick cab ride to the Bogota Country Club for some fun. The area felt secure, perfect for family.

My kids wished for larger breakfast options.
